For more than 20 years, I have built my career in international hospitality — in Croatia, Austria, France and Scotland, as well as aboard international river cruise ships. Experience in four- and five-star hotels, education in hotel and tourism management, and professional communication in German and English have given me a deep understanding of European hospitality standards.
