2. Koje podatke obrađujemo
Kada se prijavite ili nam se javite, obrađujemo podatke koje dostavite: ime i prezime, e-mail, telefon, željeno područje i radno mjesto, znanje jezika, iskustvo, dostupnost, državljanstvo odnosno status prava na rad, sadržaj poruka, životopis, fotografiju i nužne bilješke iz razgovora. Prijave se mogu evidentirati u CSV datoteci, a dokumenti organizirati u poslovnom Microsoft OneDriveu; poruke i privitci ostaju u Microsoft 365 / Outlooku.
Ne šaljite zdravstvene podatke, podatke o kaznenim osudama, identifikacijske dokumente ili druge osjetljive podatke ako ih nismo posebno zatražili uz odgovarajuće objašnjenje. Pri posjetu webu mogu se obraditi IP adresa, vrijeme pristupa, podaci o pregledniku, sigurnosni zapisi i postavke kolačića.
3. Svrhe i pravne osnove
Podatke koristimo za odgovor na upit, vođenje baze kandidata, procjenu relevantnog iskustva i pripremu ili provedbu posredovanja u hotelijerstvu i ugostiteljstvu. Baza kandidata temelji se na privoli (čl. 6. st. 1. t. a GDPR-a); postupanje na zahtjev kandidata ili poslodavca na radnjama prije ugovora (t. b); zakonske obveze na t. c; a sigurnost weba i uobičajena poslovna komunikacija na legitimnom interesu (t. f). Neobavezna analitika ili oglasno praćenje aktiviraju se samo uz zasebnu privolu.
NovaLaboris j.d.o.o. registrirano je društvo. Aktivno posredovanje provodit će se nakon ispunjenja posebnih uvjeta i upisa u odgovarajuću evidenciju nadležnog tijela. Ne donosimo odluke o kandidatima isključivo automatiziranom obradom.
4. Primatelji i pružatelji usluga
Podatke kandidata ne prodajemo. Profil ili životopis ne šaljemo konkretnom poslodavcu bez prethodnog dogovora s kandidatom i odgovarajuće pravne osnove. Primatelji mogu biti odabrani poslodavci, pružatelj hostinga te Microsoft 365 / Outlook i OneDrive kao poslovni alati. Ako obrada uključuje prijenos izvan EGP-a, primjenjuju se odgovarajuće zaštitne mjere prema GDPR-u.
5. Rokovi čuvanja
Podatke zaprimljene bez privole za bazu brišemo najkasnije u roku od 30 dana nakon završetka komunikacije, osim ako postoji druga pravna osnova ili zakonska obveza. Podatke kandidata za koje je dana privola čuvamo najviše 24 mjeseca od posljednjeg sadržajnog kontakta, zatim ih brišemo ili tražimo novu privolu. Brisanje obuhvaća aktivnu evidenciju, OneDrive te poruke i privitke u poslovnom Outlooku; sigurnosne kopije uklanjaju se prema redovitom ciklusu pružatelja i ne koriste se za aktivno posredovanje.
6. Kolačići
Nužne funkcije omogućuju rad stranice i obrazaca. Meta Pixel ili drugi neobavezni analitički i oglasni alati smiju se učitati tek nakon zasebne privole. Korisnik mora moći odbiti neobavezne kategorije i naknadno promijeniti izbor.
7. Vaša prava
Možete zatražiti pristup, ispravak, brisanje, ograničenje obrade i, kada je primjenjivo, prijenos podataka; možete se usprotiviti obradi temeljenoj na legitimnom interesu. Privolu možete povući u svakom trenutku bez utjecaja na zakonitost prethodne obrade. Zahtjeve šaljite na info@novalaboris.com. Pritužbu možete podnijeti Agenciji za zaštitu osobnih podataka (AZOP) ili nadležnom tijelu države u kojoj živite ili radite.
8. Promjene
Politiku ćemo ažurirati kada se promijene svrhe, alati ili način obrade. Kada je potrebna nova privola, zatražit ćemo je prije nove obrade.

2. Verarbeitete Daten
Bei einer Bewerbung oder Kontaktaufnahme verarbeiten wir die mitgeteilten Angaben: Name, E-Mail, Telefon, gewünschter Bereich und Position, Sprachkenntnisse, Erfahrung, Verfügbarkeit, Staatsangehörigkeit beziehungsweise Arbeitserlaubnis, Nachrichten, Lebenslauf, Foto und notwendige Gesprächsnotizen. Bewerbungen können in einer CSV-Datei erfasst, Unterlagen in Microsoft OneDrive organisiert und Nachrichten in Microsoft 365 / Outlook gespeichert werden.
Bitte senden Sie keine Gesundheitsdaten, Angaben zu strafrechtlichen Verurteilungen, Ausweisdokumente oder andere sensible Daten ohne gesonderte Aufforderung. Beim Websitebesuch können IP-Adresse, Zugriffszeit, Browserdaten, Sicherheitsprotokolle und Cookie-Einstellungen verarbeitet werden.
3. Zwecke und Rechtsgrundlagen
Wir verarbeiten Daten zur Beantwortung von Anfragen, Führung der Kandidatendatenbank, Prüfung einschlägiger Erfahrung und Vorbereitung oder Durchführung der Vermittlung im Hotel- und Gastgewerbe. Rechtsgrundlagen sind Einwilligung (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO), vorvertragliche Maßnahmen (lit. b), rechtliche Verpflichtungen (lit. c) und berechtigte Interessen an sicherem Websitebetrieb und üblicher Geschäftskommunikation (lit. f). Optionale Analyse- oder Werbedienste werden nur mit gesonderter Einwilligung aktiviert.
NovaLaboris j.d.o.o. ist registriert. Aktive Vermittlung erfolgt nach Erfüllung der besonderen gesetzlichen Voraussetzungen und Eintragung in das zuständige Verzeichnis. Es findet keine ausschließlich automatisierte Entscheidungsfindung statt.
4. Empfänger
Kandidatendaten werden nicht verkauft. Profile oder Lebensläufe werden nicht ohne vorherige Abstimmung mit dem Kandidaten und geeignete Rechtsgrundlage an einen konkreten Arbeitgeber übermittelt. Empfänger können ausgewählte Arbeitgeber, der Hosting-Anbieter sowie Microsoft 365 / Outlook und OneDrive sein. Für Übermittlungen außerhalb des EWR werden geeignete Schutzmechanismen nach der DSGVO eingesetzt.
5. Speicherdauer
Daten ohne Einwilligung zur Aufnahme in die Kandidatendatenbank werden spätestens 30 Tage nach Abschluss der Kommunikation gelöscht, sofern keine andere Rechtsgrundlage oder Aufbewahrungspflicht besteht. Daten mit Einwilligung speichern wir höchstens 24 Monate nach dem letzten inhaltlichen Kontakt; danach löschen wir sie oder holen eine neue Einwilligung ein. Die Löschung umfasst aktive Aufzeichnungen, OneDrive und geschäftliche Outlook-Nachrichten; Sicherungskopien werden im regulären Zyklus entfernt.
6. Cookies
Notwendige Funktionen sichern den Betrieb. Meta Pixel und andere optionale Analyse- oder Werbedienste dürfen erst nach gesonderter Einwilligung geladen werden. Optionale Kategorien müssen ablehnbar und die Auswahl später änderbar sein.
7. Ihre Rechte
Sie können Auskunft, Berichtigung, Löschung, Einschränkung und gegebenenfalls Datenübertragbarkeit verlangen sowie einer Verarbeitung aufgrund berechtigter Interessen widersprechen. Eine Einwilligung kann jederzeit für die Zukunft widerrufen werden. Anfragen: info@novalaboris.com. Beschwerden können an die kroatische Datenschutzbehörde AZOP oder die zuständige Behörde Ihres Wohn- oder Arbeitsstaats gerichtet werden.
8. Änderungen
Diese Erklärung wird bei Änderungen von Zwecken, Werkzeugen oder Verfahren aktualisiert. Soweit eine neue Einwilligung erforderlich ist, wird sie vor der neuen Verarbeitung eingeholt.

2. Data processed
When you apply or contact us, we process the information you provide: name, email, telephone, desired work area and position, language skills, experience, availability, citizenship or work-authorisation status, messages, CV, photograph and necessary interview notes. Applications may be recorded in a CSV file, documents organised in Microsoft OneDrive and messages retained in Microsoft 365 / Outlook.
Please do not send health data, criminal-conviction information, identity documents or other sensitive data unless specifically requested with an explanation. Website systems may process IP address, access time, browser information, security logs and cookie choices.
3. Purposes and legal bases
We process information to respond to enquiries, maintain the candidate database, assess relevant experience and prepare or carry out hospitality placements. Legal bases are consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), pre-contractual steps (point b), legal obligations (point c), and legitimate interests in website security and ordinary business communication (point f). Optional analytics or advertising tools are activated only with separate consent.
NovaLaboris j.d.o.o. is a registered company. Active placement services will be carried out after the applicable special requirements have been met and the company is entered in the competent authority's register. We do not make decisions about candidates solely by automated means.
4. Recipients
We do not sell candidate data. A profile or CV is not sent to a specific employer without prior discussion with the candidate and a suitable legal basis. Recipients may include selected employers, the hosting provider, and Microsoft 365 / Outlook and OneDrive. Appropriate GDPR safeguards are used where processing involves a transfer outside the EEA.
5. Retention
Information received without consent to join the candidate database is deleted no later than 30 days after the communication ends, unless another legal basis or retention duty applies. Information held with consent is kept for no more than 24 months after the last substantive contact; it is then deleted or fresh consent is requested. Deletion covers active records, OneDrive and business Outlook messages; backups are removed through the provider's normal cycle.
6. Cookies
Essential functions support the website. Meta Pixel and other optional analytics or advertising tools may load only after separate consent. Users must be able to reject optional categories and later change their choice.
7. Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and, where applicable, portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Consent may be withdrawn at any time for the future. Send requests to info@novalaboris.com. You may complain to the Croatian Data Protection Agency (AZOP) or the competent authority where you live or work.
8. Changes
We will update this policy if purposes, tools or processing change. Where fresh consent is required, it will be requested before the new processing.
